Booking & appointments
How do I book a shoot?
Use our online booking app to choose real estate or short-term rental photography, select your services, and see available appointments. If you need help, text 416-678-7679.
What areas do you cover?
We cover Toronto and the GTA, east to Oshawa, west to Burlington, and north to Barrie. Contact us to confirm coverage for your property.
Can I book a weekend?
Saturday and Sunday appointments are by request. Contact us to discuss availability and any additional costs.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Contact us as early as possible. Cancellation and rescheduling fees may apply under the terms shown in the booking app. Please review those terms before confirming your appointment.
How should I prepare the property?
Have the property clean, staged, and ready before we arrive. Our photographers generally shoot as-is. Use our room-by-room preparation checklist.
Delivery & payment
When will my media be ready?
Standard real estate photography, standard cinematic video, and Matterport tours are generally available the next business day. Floor plans generally take two business days, agent-presented video three, and professional voice-over video five. Confirm timing for your selected services when booking.
When do I pay?
Payment is due before downloading your finished media. Available payment options are shown in your delivery or payment instructions.
Do I receive high-resolution photographs?
Yes. We provide web-ready and high-resolution photography for online listings and printed marketing materials.
How will I receive my media?
Your finished media is delivered online. Follow the delivery instructions to view and download your files once payment is complete.
Photography, video & licensing
How many photographs will I receive?
Coverage depends on the property and the package you select. Check the current package details in the booking app.
What does your photography look like?
We use thoughtful composition and exposure fusion for a natural-looking result with balanced highlights and shadows. Higher-end packages may use multi-flash techniques.
Can I appear in the video?
Yes. Agent-presented video is available. Discuss your plan in advance so we can allow for the right equipment and production time.
Can I choose music or add a voice-over?
We use licensed music. If you have a preferred style, let us know when ordering. Professional voice-over is also available; discuss scripts and timing before the shoot.
Do I own the photographs and videos?
Open House Media retains copyright. Your booking includes usage rights for the agreed purpose. Real estate listing and short-term rental licences are different; contact us before reusing media for another purpose.
Can I use real estate photography for Airbnb or Vrbo?
Short-term rental use requires the appropriate licence. Choose the short-term rental booking flow or contact us to discuss additional licensing for existing media.
